When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Content and Listings
Accuracy: All vehicle listings, descriptions, photos, and prices uploaded by you must be accurate and truthful.
Ownership: You must have the legal right to sell the vehicle you are listing.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content or listing that violates these terms, is reported as fraudulent, or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
4. Platform Role and Disclaimer
Intermediary Only: Car.com.mm is purely a digital marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, buy, or sell the vehicles listed on our platform.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the condition, quality, safety, or legality of the vehicles advertised. Any transaction made is strictly between the buyer and the seller. We strongly advise users to inspect the vehicle and verify documents before making any payments.
5. Prohibited Activities Users are strictly prohibited from:
Posting fake, misleading, or scam listings.
Using the platform to distribute spam or promotional materials unrelated to automotive sales.
Scraping, copying, or extracting data from our platform using automated bots or software.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car.com.mm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, your inability to use the platform, or any transactions conducted through the platform.
7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

၁။ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို သဘောတူညီခြင်း Car.com.mm မှ ကြိုဆိုပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ်နှင့် မိုဘိုင်းအက်ပ်လီကေးရှင်းများကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် သင်သည် ဤအသုံးပြုမှုဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာရန် သဘောတူညီပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အကယ်၍ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို သဘောမတူပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အသုံးမပြုရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါသည်။

၃။ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ အချက်အလက်များနှင့် ကြော်ငြာများ
တိကျမှန်ကန်မှု: သင်တင်ထားသော ကားကြော်ငြာများ၊ အချက်အလက်များ၊ ဓာတ်ပုံများနှင့် ဈေးနှုန်းများသည် မှန်ကန်မှုရှိရပါမည်။
ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု: သင်ကြော်ငြာထားသော ကားသည် သင်တရားဝင် ရောင်းချခွင့်ရှိသော ကားဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
ကြော်ငြာများ ဖယ်ရှားခွင့်: လိမ်လည်ထားသော ကြော်ငြာများ သို့မဟုတ် ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုမရှိသော ကြော်ငြာများကို ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ဖယ်ရှားပိုင်ခွင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့တွင် အပြည့်အဝရှိပါသည်။
၄။ ပလက်ဖောင်း၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှု ကန့်သတ်ချက်
ကြားခံချိတ်ဆက်ပေးမှုသာဖြစ်ခြင်း: Car.com.mm သည် ဝယ်သူနှင့် ရောင်းသူကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးသော ကြားခံဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် ပလက်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုသာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကြော်ငြာထားသော ကားများကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်ခြင်း၊ စစ်ဆေးပေးခြင်း၊ ရောင်းဝယ်ပေးခြင်းမျိုး မပြုလုပ်ပါ။
အာမခံချက်မရှိခြင်း: ကြော်ငြာထားသော ကားများ၏ အရည်အသွေး၊ ကြံ့ခိုင်မှု၊ လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် တရားဝင်မှုတို့အပေါ် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့မှ အာမခံချက် မပေးပါ။ အရောင်းအဝယ် ကိစ္စရပ်အားလုံးသည် ဝယ်သူနှင့် ရောင်းသူ အကြားတွင်သာ သက်ဆိုင်ပါသည်။ ငွေပေးချေမှုများ မလုပ်ဆောင်မီ ကားနှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို သေချာစွာ စစ်ဆေးရန် အထူးတိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။
၅။ တားမြစ်ထားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ အောက်ပါလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို လုံးဝ (လုံးဝ) တားမြစ်ထားပါသည်-
လိမ်လည်လှည့်ဖြားသော ကြော်ငြာများ တင်ခြင်း။
ကားအရောင်းအဝယ်နှင့် မသက်ဆိုင်သော အခြားကြော်ငြာများ (Spam) ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း။
Automated Bots သို့မဟုတ် ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲလ်များ အသုံးပြု၍ ပလက်ဖောင်းပေါ်ရှိ ဒေတာများကို ခိုးယူခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ကူးယူခြင်း။
၆။ တာဝန်ယူမှု ကန့်သတ်ချက်များ Car.com.mm ပလက်ဖောင်းကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ အသုံးပြု၍မရခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဤပလက်ဖောင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် ပြုလုပ်သော အရောင်းအဝယ်များကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသည့် တိုက်ရိုက် သို့မဟုတ် သွယ်ဝိုက်သော ဆုံးရှုံးနစ်နာမှုများအတွက် ဥပဒေက ခွင့်ပြုထားသည့် အတိုင်းအတာအထိ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့တွင် တာဝန်မရှိကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
၇။ စည်းမျဉ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း ဤစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုအပ်သလို အခါအားလျော်စွာ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ပြင်ဆင်ချက်များကို ထုတ်ပြန်ပြီးနောက် ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုနေခြင်းသည် အဆိုပါ ပြင်ဆင်ချက်များကို သင်လက်ခံကြောင်း သဘောသက်ရောက်ပါသည်။
